About SRG

Founded to assist Teacher Induction Program leadership with their data collection, analysis, and accreditation efforts, SRG has become one of the most well-respected educational program evaluation sources in California. We have partnered with over 75 Local Education Authorities in conducting over 800 evaluation studies: from as large as 30,000 participants to as small as 25. We are well known for our high-quality support, organized delivery, clear reporting, and helping clients improve their program performance and achieve success in accreditation.

Our focus is on creating program evaluation systems that help our partners improve their programs through simple yet profound measures that do not overwhelm yet point the way toward increased effectiveness.

Our staff includes specialists in mixed-methods research, “big-data” analysis, and standards-based program administration, career researchers, as well as expert trainers, teachers, and administrators with California credentials.
