Who We Are

Sinclair Research Group is a nonprofit research and consulting firm based in Sacramento, California. Since 1994, we have supported education agencies across California with program evaluation, survey design, data analysis, reporting, accreditation support, and research-informed continuous improvement.

Our work is especially focused on educator preparation and credentialing programs, including Teacher Induction, Intern Teacher Programs, Administrative Services Credential programs, Career Technical Education, Early Childhood Education, and grant-funded education initiatives.

We are a small, experienced team that works closely with program leaders. Our partners know us not only for the reports we produce, but for the way we stay connected throughout the year, attend meetings, explain findings, respond quickly, and help programs use their evidence with confidence.

Why We Exist

Educator preparation leaders carry an enormous responsibility. They are expected to support candidates, coaches, mentors, faculty, instructors, advisory groups, and accreditation teams while also collecting evidence, analyzing results, documenting improvement, and preparing for program review.

We exist to make that work more manageable and more meaningful.
